Gerry
Jacobson lives in Canberra , Australia . A retired geologist, he grows
vegetables, looks after grandchildren, and writes tanka. He is composing
a kind of autobiography in "tanka prose."
Gerry’s sensual tanka effectively builds, phrase/line (ku) by phrase/line (ku), to a visually and emotionally powerful ending that reveals the theme of life as an interplay between reality and dreams.
